    There was this stellar Greek restaurant I would frequent a long time back and they made a salad (not this overflowing) like this in a bread bowl.
    All the lettuce was finely shredded, tons of fresh cheese, pepperoni&salami shreds, onions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt&pepper, that thing was amazing.
